Company Description Vaudit is an always-on, AI-powered media auditing platform that provides real-time cost recovery, billing accuracy, and financial transparency for advertisers. Our audit engine identifies, documents, and recovers incorrect or invalid ad charges across major advertising platforms—capabilities that were previously accessible only to the largest global brands. Role Description We are hiring Refund Specialists in India with direct, hands-on experience in Google Ads billing, refunds, or advertiser support — either at Google or through a major Google BPO partner such as Genpact, Teleperformance, or similar. If you have worked on Google Ads refunds, advertiser credits, billing discrepancies, invalid-spend investigations, or dispute resolution, this role is a direct match. If you do not have Google Ads or Google BPO experience, please do not apply — your application will not be considered. Qualifications Direct experience with Google Ads refund workflows , billing investigations, and advertiser credit processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and document billing discrepancies High attention to detail with strong case-handling and documentation discipline Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to explain findings clearly to internal teams Ability to work independently in a remote, results-driven environment Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and case-tracking tools Experience in finance, accounting, risk, ad operations, or digital media is an advantage Prior experience in Google Ads support queues (US/APAC markets preferred) is highly desirable
