We are looking for a passionate and proactive Alumni Relationship Manager to lead our efforts in building a vibrant and connected alumni network.Role Overview:As the Alumni Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that deepen engagement with our alumni community worldwide. You will create impactful programs and initiatives that foster networking, mentorship, and collaboration, while turning alumni success stories into inspiring brand advocates.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage alumni engagement programs that foster ongoing connection and loyaltyOrganize and lead alumni events, both virtual and in-person, including networking sessions, webinars, and reunionsDevelop mentorship programs that connect current students and recent graduates with experienced alumniIdentify and showcase alumni achievements to enhance the university’s brand and reputationCollaborate with marketing and communications teams to amplify alumni stories and initiativesMaintain and grow a robust alumni database and communication channelsMonitor and analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve programs and strategiesQualifications :3 to 5 years of experience in alumni relations, community engagement, or a related fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationshipsCreative thinker with a people-first approach and strong organizational skillsExperience in event planning, program management, and digital engagement tools is preferredAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, remote environment
