Skills:Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibilityNeed a deep understanding of the current priorities and challenges, while working on assigned projectsNeed experience working in a hands-on fashion with learning management systems, preferably CanvasExperience in working with SMEs, preferably SMEs from the USExperience in creating online courses mobile courses and micro-learning experiencesTrack record of leading instructional projects successfullyExcellent presentation, writing, and customer service skills.Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences is essentialThe ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is required, as is problem-solving, juggling multiple priorities, and working within set time framesCandidates must be willing and able to participate in the evening callsJob Responsibilities:Study, understand, and analyze project requirements and deliverablesCollaborate with SMEs and revise courses based on project standards and FSME requirementsAdhere to the methodologies and workflows set for project executionAdhere to productivity norms for project tasks and encourage the team to follow the sameFollow production checklists and guidelinesTrain team members and suppliers on project-related requirements and processesUnderstanding the purpose and use of the different media elements used in online coursesCreate storyboards, visual storyboards, and infographicsCollaborate with the different teams (Design team and Build team) dailyConduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review processEnsure the delivery schedules are adhered toIdentify possible risks at the production level and communicate the same to stakeholdersComply with project-related laws and regulationsOthers:Good to have exposure to:Articulate StorylineDEI standardsInformation security practicesPlain languageInterested candidates, please share your updated resume on neelam.fernandes@learningmate.comThe job location is Mumbai, and it is hybrid.Experience - (3 to 6yrs only)Thanks,Neelam FernandesHR Team - Mumbai
