Job Description: Marketing Specialist- US Shif

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media campaigns , email marketing , and multimedia marketing with a strong emphasis on video and creative content . This role requires a solid understanding of data analytics to measure, analyse, and optimize marketing performance across channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. PPC Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Perform keyword research, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROI and reduce CPC.
  1. Social Media Marketing:
  • Develop and execute paid and organic campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor engagement, conversions, and lead generation from social media efforts.
  • Create innovative strategies to grow brand presence and reach targeted audiences.
  1. Email Marketing:
  • Design and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content for targeted messaging.
  • Track and analyze email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to optimize campaigns.
  1. Multimedia Marketing:
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging video content and marketing materials.
  • Ensure multimedia content aligns with the brand voice and marketing objectives.
  • Leverage storytelling techniques to captivate audiences across platforms.
  1. Data Analytics and Reporting:
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms to track campaign performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
  • Apply data-driven strategies to optimize future campaigns and enhance user engagement.
  1. Collaborative Marketing Efforts:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with overall business goals.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Candidates with an MBA preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in PPC management, social media marketing, email marketing, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email deliverability best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for producing compelling marketing materials.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
