Position SummaryWe are looking for aFullstack Developerwith strong expertise inReact.jsfor the frontend andNode.js/Express.jsfor backend development. The role involves building and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications, integrating APIs, and ensuring seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and efficient solutions.Strategic ResponsibilitiesLead and develop scalable, high-performance, and responsive web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Architect, build, and maintain efficient front-end and backend solutions.Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integration between client and server.Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and design patterns.Develop and manage database schemas, queries, and transactions using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive, pixel-perfect, and user-friendly interfaces.Work closely with DevOps and backend teams to ensure smooth API integration and deployment workflows.Optimize application performance across both frontend and backend layers.Ensure security best practices, data integrity, and proper error handling across the stack.Conduct code reviews to maintain quality, performance, and consistency standards.Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers in fullstack architecture and development practices.Stay updated with emerging technologies, including Next.js, Nest.js, and server-side rendering (SSR).Required Experience:3–6 years of experience in fullstack web development, with hands-on experience in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), HTML5, and CSS3.Strong understanding of frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux, Redux Toolkit) and backend frameworks (Express.js, Nest.js).Experience with RESTful and GraphQL API development and integration.Proficiency in database design and queries using MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT, OAuth, and SSO.Experience with Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn for front-end builds and package management.Strong understanding of performance optimization, caching, and debugging tools.Experience with Unit Testing and Integration Testing using Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.Version control proficiency using Git/GitHub/GitLab.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.Adaptable to new technologies and fast-paced environments.About Polestar:As a data analytics and enterprise planning powerhouse, Polestar Analytics helps its customers bring out the most sophisticated insights from their data in a value-oriented manner.
