Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and/or Tik Tok Ads . Conduct weekly performance analysis and transform data into clear insights and action steps. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and targeting strategy are aligned. Manage budgets responsibly to maximize ROAS while reducing wasted spend. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and emerging media-buying strategies. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You: Have experience in media buying, performance marketing, PPC, or direct-response advertising . Think systematically, communicate with clarity, and make decisions based on data and context . Are proactive, independent, yet collaborative and open to constructive dialogue. We Appreciate (Not Mandatory, But a Plus): Experience working with e-commerce, coaching/education, Saa S, or international markets .
