We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head Admin to lead and manage the administrative operations of our IT company. If you are a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills and a passion for driving operational excellence, we’d love to hear from you
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage office infrastructure, IT assets, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor the administrative team.
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and other departments for cross-functional alignment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency in administrative operations.
- Oversee the organization of company events, meetings, and travel logistics.
- Handle crisis management, resolving operational issues promptly.
- Proven experience as a Head Admin or similar leadership role in the IT sector.
- Strong knowledge of administrative management practices and tools.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with IT asset management tools is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred.)
