This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters for our US shift teamsHandle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and employee counseling in a timely and professional mannerSupport performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and policy complianceConduct employee engagement activities and drive initiatives to improve retention and workplace cultureMaintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports for managementCollaborate with HR leadership to develop and implement employee relations strategiesRequirements:2–4 years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably supporting US shift operationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of empathy and discretionKnowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and complianceAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
