Bhalekar Consulting is expanding its engineering capability and we’re looking for a seasoned Full-Stack PHP Developer who can architect, build, and ship robust web applications for global clients.What you’ll do- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP (preferably Laravel / Symfony or similar frameworks).- Build clean, responsive front-ends using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and modern libraries/frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or similar).- Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL (or similar) to design efficient schemas and write optimized queries.- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, DevOps, Design) to deliver high-quality solutions on time.- Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive best practices in coding standards and architecture.- Own the full SDLC: requirements understanding, estimation, development, testing support, deployment, and post-release improvements.What we’re looking for- 10+ years of hands-on experience in PHP-based web development.- Strong experience with at least one major PHP framework (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.).- Solid front-end skills in JavaScript, along with strong command over HTML/CSS.- Strong database design and query optimization experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL).- Experience with Git and standard CI/CD workflows.- Good understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.- Experience working in agile environments and with distributed teams.- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently.Nice to have- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).- Exposure to Docker or containerized deployments.- Experience leading a small development team or acting as a technical lead.Why join Bhalekar Consulting?- Opportunity to work on challenging, real-world projects for international clients.- High ownership and autonomy in solution design and implementation.- Collaborative, learning-focused environment with exposure to Data & AI–driven solutions.
