Rupeeting is looking for an Investment Advisor to spearhead client acquisition and servicing in a newly-launched but promising product called Voyager .
Voyager is a stock advisory service, wherein Rupeeting helps clients rebuild and manage stock portfolios . Within just a few months of launch, we are already at a healthy double-digit crore AUA, which we intend to multiply over the coming months.
The job role will involve management of end-to-end client relationships:
- Building and managing the sales funnel for Voyager through digital and affiliate marketing
- Reviewing stock portfolios of potential clients and recommending an optimum strategy for course correction
- Generating interest in Voyager and achieving sales targets
- Managing client portfolios with the help of the research team
- Generating returns for clients consistently and maintaining a healthy relationship with them
We need someone who meets the following requirements:
- Strong understanding of finance and investments - has a degree in business, finance or economics, and has made some progress on CFA or FRM
- Keen interest in stocks - is passionate about stocks, understands basics of equity markets, and is keen to constantly learn more
- Exceptionally good communication - is good at writing and speaking, and can be as good at selling as at calming nerves
- Ability to build and scale - is good at standardising processes, building systems and leveraging technology in order to scale
- Elevated level of drive - is motivated to make it big, thinks in multiples and can manage to survive in a place that is extremely high on growth
While the job is currently remote, we are looking at centralising our operations in Mumbai in 2025. We would prefer someone who is long-term oriented, and is alright with relocating to Mumbai in a few months.
Rupeeting is an investment advisor - managing smallcases, and building personalised equity advisory. It is associated with the Paterson Group, which has presence across stock broking, wealth management and portfolio management services.
