ResponsibilitiesPosition Title: HCM SuccessFactors Senior Consultant – Employee CentralLocation: IndiaRole: PermanentDescription:Functions as a key resource for customers and leads implementation teams. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SuccessFactors’ products to customers. Ensures successful implementation of the SuccessFactors' productEssential Functions:Functions as an individual contributor leading a product implementation team to deliver SuccessFactors product.Gathers and analyzes the clients’ business requirements and objectives.Creates and delivers high quality demonstrations and presentations.Develops system configurations to conform to client specifications and best practices.Adheres to software implementation standards and best practices.Troubleshoots and provides resolution of system issues or defects, as assigned.Completes internal tasks as assigned.Assists with preparation of training materials to include teaching clients how to utilize the system.Completes demonstration set ups.Coach junior consultants on projects.Prepares status updates, tracking time and expenses to ensure timely system implementation.Completes continuing education activities to attain and maintain professional certifications.Performs other duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Certification in SuccessFactors module. (Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred)Minimum 5 year of experience with detailed knowledge of business processes, technical documentation, and Employee Central (include Time Off) implementation At least 2 full implementation experiences on SuccessFactors Employee Central Module.Prior experience in functional or technical consulting role.Other Professional SuccessFactors module certifications will also be considered (Onboarding, Compensation, People Analytics etc.)
