We're looking for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer with a strong command of backend technologies to join our growing team. Our expert team, based in the vibrant tech hub of Bhubaneswar, is dedicated to turning your concepts into reality, ensuring every project is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation. As a Full Stack Developer with a backend focus, you will be the architect of our server-side logic, responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications. Designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js . Managing and optimizing database schemas and queries, primarily with Mongo DB . Collaborating closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Building and maintaining responsive front-end components using React.js . Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews. Debugging and resolving complex technical issues across the full stack. Working with modern Dev Ops tools, including containerization with Docker and deployment on cloud platforms like AWS . Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Strong Backend Skills: Proven expertise in backend development using Node.js and the Express.js framework. Database Proficiency: Solid experience with No SQL databases, particularly Mongo DB , including data modeling and performance tuning. Front-End Knowledge: Proficiency in React.js for building modern user interfaces. Strong grasp of Java Script (ES6+), data structures, algorithms, and software development principles. Demonstrable experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative team environment. Bonus Points (Nice to Have)Experience with Python , especially in the context of AI/ML integration. Familiarity with cloud services ( AWS Lambda ) and containerization ( Docker ). Knowledge of Next.js , Tailwind CSS , or other modern front-end technologies. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
