Role & responsibilities
- Customer Service Associate- International Voice process (US)
- Predominantly night Shifts
- Deliver professional, courteous, and accurate customer service
- Handle inbound calls for US healthcare clients
- US Shifts - 24/7, 5 days week, rotational off
- Work Location Mumbai
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate Freshers
- Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
- Dependable with attention to detail.
- Good listening and speaking skills.
- Willingness to learn.
