Role & responsibilities

  • Customer Service Associate- International Voice process (US)
  • Predominantly night Shifts
  • Deliver professional, courteous, and accurate customer service
  • Handle inbound calls for US healthcare clients
  • US Shifts - 24/7, 5 days week, rotational off
  • Work Location Mumbai

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate Freshers
  • Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  • Dependable with attention to detail.
  • Good listening and speaking skills.
  • Willingness to learn.
