Exciting Role OverviewThis is an exciting role and would entail you to:Have a deep understanding of graphic design for both print and digital advertising and marketingHave a deep understanding of healthcare & pharmaceutical brand advertising and marketingGenerate ideas for advertising and marketingDevelop creatives for global healthcare and pharmaceutical brand campaignsAssess the work of other designers and make decisions from a technical point of viewLead, manage, and train junior designersEnsure consistent quality output and follow best practice guidelinesEnsure client delight and meet the agreed Service Level AgreementsCollaborationYou will be working closely with:Our global creative agency teamsOur team of talented designers to deliver high-quality servicesIdeal Candidate ProfileThis may be the right role for you if you have:8 to 10 years of experience with integrated creative production as a Specialist designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brandsExperience working with marketing, copywriting, and strategy teams to conceptualize and develop visual narratives that meet business goalsAbility to ensure all visual content adheres to brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specificationsSkills to create templates, design systems, and scalable design assets for recurring useCapability to provide art direction support and offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectivesExpertise to guide visual consistency across multi-format deliverables such as landing pages, social carousels, email templates, and presentationsExperience to review and refine assets developed by junior designers ; provide constructive feedback and quality assuranceAwareness to stay up to date with industry trends and proactively introduce innovative design formats, techniques, and toolsAbility to manage timelines and workload independently while collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teamsWillingness to participate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviews as neededDiscipline to properly save files within our online server systemPrecision to execute specific marked-up changes within the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites, and videosFlexibility to re-size approved materials as needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes, resize emails for mobile)Ownership to handle the final production of jobs and deliver to vendors/internal developersUnderstanding of agency process as it applies to timelines, routes, and deliverablesAbility to troubleshoot and flex within the role as neededCapacity to handle a high volume of projects from different clientsOur client is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
