Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content for social media, website, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop multimedia assets including graphics, videos, animations, reels, podcasts, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize content that aligns with campaigns and brand messaging.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, social media algorithms, and content marketing strategies.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adapt content strategies based on analytics.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
  • Excellent people skills

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

  • Video editing and motion graphics expertise.
  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
