Prepare and review assurance work papers and ensure compliance with firms policies and procedures and also regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal and external teams including client personnel for information/ data Support the team on standardization of processes, documentation, analysis of technical issues, and research solutions. Ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures. Be responsible to front end and manage the internal and external quality review process for Collaborate with teams including with experts and specialists involved in supporting delivery of audit engagements. Responsible for the operational matters including, billing, collections, efficiency and optimal utilization of efforts and resources, monitoring engagement budgets, etc. Proactively taking up full responsibility of engagement deliverables.
