Job Title: Senior Manager – Regulatory Affairs & Legal Compliances Location: Core Office, Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee the organization’s legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to statutory requirements, managing legal documentation, and coordinating with authorities for licenses, approvals, and audits. This role will play a key part in safeguarding the organization’s legal standing, mitigating risks, and supporting governance and internal control processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Regulatory Compliance Management Ensure timely and accurate compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and statutory filings across business units. Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance calendar and monitoring mechanism. Support the leadership team in aligning operational processes with evolving regulatory standards. 2. Legal Documentation & Contract Management Draft, review, and vet contracts, MoUs, and other legal documents to protect organizational interests. Maintain proper documentation of agreements, licenses, and approvals for internal an external audit purposes. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure contract execution and renewal timelines are met. 3. Licensing, Approvals & Liaison Liaise with government departments, statutory authorities, and local bodies for obtaining and renewing licenses, registrations, and certifications. Facilitate inspections, audits, and compliance verifications by regulatory agencies. Address queries, notices, and compliance observations in a timely and professional manner. 4. Legal & Policy Monitoring Track and analyze changes in relevant laws, regulations, and policy frameworks that impact operations. Advise management on potential legal and compliance risks arising from new developments. Update internal policies and procedures in line with statutory amendments and best practices. 5. Governance, Risk & Audit Support Support internal audit teams in compliance reviews and governance assessments. Contribute to the development and implementation of internal control mechanisms. Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related issues to ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards. 6. General & Administrative Support Collaborate with the Legal and Corporate Affairs teams on cross-functional initiatives. Prepare periodic reports and dashboards on compliance status and risk mitigation efforts. Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned in line with organizational requirements. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or related field; a Master’s degree or LL.M. preferred. Experience: 7–10 years of experience in legal, regulatory, or compliance roles, preferably within corporate or institutional settings. Skills: Sound understanding of corporate, labor, and education sector regulations. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
