We Are Urgently Hiring an HR Intern We are looking for a proactive and self-starting HR Intern to join our team for a 2-month internship. You will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by screening existing applications and reaching out to over 500+ candidates who have applied for various job roles. Additionally, you will connect with agencies that provide HR services. Key Responsibilities Take initiative in leading the recruitment process as our sole HR representative. Screen and review a large volume of existing candidate applications. Proactively contact over 1,000+ candidates via phone calls. Coordinate interviews between candidates and Co-Founders. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities. Engage with HR agencies to explore potential collaborations. Assist in onboarding by coordinating documentation for new hires. Ensure a smooth recruitment process by providing timely feedback to candidates. Stay updated on recruitment best practices to optimize hiring strategies. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proactive and Self-Starter : Ability to take initiative and work independently. Organizational Skills : Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and handle high-volume calling efficiently. Interpersonal Skills : Comfortable interacting with candidates and coordinating with the founding team. Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
