Senior Graphic Designer for Logo, Social Media and Print

Overview We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who’s highly skilled in Figma and understands the art and strategy behind great branding. The right candidate will bring creativity, structure, and precision to every project - from brand identities and social media campaigns to marketing materials and internal presentations.You’ll collaborate directly with a project coordinator, not clients, and work across a variety of brands and industries. This role requires a designer who can work independently, follow established brand standards, and still bring fresh, elevated ideas to the table.Responsibilities Design professional brand identities - including logos, brand guidelines, and supporting visual systems.Create engaging, on-brand social media graphics tailored to each client’s style and platform.Produce high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and other print collateral.Design internal materials such as pitch decks and presentation visuals.Develop custom illustrations or iconography as needed to enhance designs.Work primarily in Figma, with fluency and confidence - this is our core design platform for collaboration, feedback, and file updates.Use Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Express when needed for animation, photo editing, or specialized design tasks.Maintain organized project files, communicate clearly through Asana, and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.Requirements 4+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience strongly preferred).Fluent in Figma - able to efficiently design, organize, and share projects within a collaborative workflow.Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe Express.Advanced logo design ability - skilled at creating refined, original marks using custom typography, iconography, and font modifications, not just basic text treatments.Strong understanding of print design standards, including bleeds, trim, and working from printer templates.Deep understanding of branding and visual identity, with consistency and precision across all mediums.Strong design sense across both print and digital formats.Excellent communication and time management skills.Self-sufficient, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic.Portfolio required - applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Required Skills:Proficient in Figma, Adobe Express, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Suite toolsStrong understanding of layout, color, typography, and visual hierarchyAttention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks independentlyStrong English language skills, both written and verbal, ability to comfortably communicate with foreign teamsClear communication and responsivenessCandidates will primarily be judged based on the strength of their portfolio, and maturity and variety of work demonstrated, as befitting a senior in the field.
