Key Responsibilities:

  • Should have Performance Tuning
  • Gather client’s requirements, business process analysis and sign of e-Business features and functionality for a portfolio of various businesses.
  • Lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements, support the development of subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and strategic capability by delivering a wide range of customer management solutions.
  • Ability to get over the basics of data analysis, stakeholder management, and business communication.
  • Performing end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the software development lifecycle. Accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development, and Quality Assurance.
  • Expertise in using, designing, and charting out approval principles, work processes, and security on Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Flexible enough to adapt to any business environment and be effective in making strategic decisions and plans to be followed.
  • Well-versed with common platforms like MS word, PowerPoint, Excel, Vision, Project experience in executing the platform of Salesforce CRM through the Software Development Lifecycle

Knowledge and Expertise:

  • At least 4-12 years of IT experience in SFDC Solution Architect
  • Salesforce LWC, Apex, Aura, Batch and Triggers
  • Experience programming with Force.com.
  • Experience with LWC & JavaScript
  • Certified Platform Developer I
  • Experience with developer tools such as git and SFDC, Experience with Flows & Integration
  • Knowledge of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
  • Experience in designing and implementing SFDC cross-organization along with cross-instance integrations in support of multiple business process environments.
  • Knowledge on CI/CD

  • Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers
  • Solves complex problems with creative solutions
  • Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
