Primary Skills: Oracle Database Administration Required Experience: 6 To 8 Education: Master of computer Application(MCA),Bachelor of Engineering (BE),Bachelor of Technology (BTech),Master of technology (M.Tech) Job Responsiblities: Core DBA skills - • Minimum 6 Years' experience as an Oracle database engineer/DBA • Extensive knowledge and solid fixing experience in all areas of Oracle database technology. • Advanced level skills in RAC, ASM, Performance tuning, HA, Backup and Recovery • Experience in database upgrades, migrations, installations, and patching • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical issues • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends. Desired Skill: • Great problem-solving skills, with a bias for quality and engineering excellence at scale. Not only must you able to identify, analyze, diagnose, and solve complex problems using appropriate tools under constraints, but able to handle with utmost integrity without compromising customers' happiness. • Will have strong customer focused demeanor and the passion to work in Service Support line of business including to provide support and advice • Good interpersonal communication and written skills in English • Able to work with minimal direction, self-motivated, self-directed and take initiative to collaborate and synthesize with members locally or globally across different geographical time zone • 4 years' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field or equivalent. • Experience with Oracle's core products, applications, and tools is important. Office reporting is required as when required. Job location will be at Oracle Office, Bangalore. Relevant Experience: 6 to 8 Years of experience as an Oracle database engineer/DBA. Value Add (If Any): Having Knowledge on Oracle Engineering product will be value add. • Knowledge and experience in administration of engineered system products like Exadata and ZDLRA • Skills in Golden Gate replication
