Job Purpose:This role is responsible for developing, enhancing and supporting the Salesforce Applications with end-to-end ownership of Business Functionality, NFFR, Integration and Data.Technical Responsibilities:Working with documents, complex PDF files generation and file access controlLWC Server communication and data access using @wire and Imperative calls with ApexLWC communication using Events and Lightning data servicesCreating Action buttons and invoking lightning actions using LWCWriting Apex Triggers, knowledge of trigger patterns, Helper & Handler ClassesWorking with templates and plug-insWorking experience in VF Pages, CTI integration, Omni-Channel, AppExchange tools for PDF generation & E-signature will be an added advantageExcellent Debugging skills, exception handling and log managementExcellent unit testing skills and Apex test ClassesDesign SystemJob Requirements:BE (Any Stream), BSC computer Science / IT or BCA or MCA10-15 years working experience in Sales, Service clouds. Experience in Financial cloud is desirable.Excellent working experience in Lightning Screen Flow, Schedule-Triggered Flow, Record-Triggered Flow, Platform Event-Triggered Flow, Auto-Launched FlowWorking experience in Profiles, Roles, Permission sets, Assignment Rules, Sharing Settings, Lightning App Builder, Dynamic forms, Email templates, and Territory managementStrong experience in Lightning Apps, App builder pages, dynamic forms, and list views, Reports and DashboardsStrong experience in Apex classes, good understanding of Salesforce governor limits, Apex coding best practices and Field Level Security(FLS)Coding experience under Large data volume, Bulk data processing with asynchronous Batch Apex/Future/Queueable JobsExperience in developing complex object modelStrong experience in writing Apex REST APIs, Composite APIs, knowledge of integration patterns. Good to have prior experience with integration through MuleSoftStrong experience in large B2B/B2C integrations, Bulk API and good knowledge in Platform Events developmentStrong experience in complex SOQL/SOSL queries, and query optimization techniquesExperience in writing complex business rules, dynamic/reusable classes and design patternsStrong experience in Lightning Web Components(LWC) developmentKnowledge of LWC lifecycle hooks, and UI development using LightningExperience in Canvas UI integrationProject Management:Managing Salesforce team on delivery meeting timeline and budgetEstimates, plans, executes, reports status and manages risks and issuesAbility to work in multi-function enterprise and exhibits good collaboration & coordination skillAbility to coach team members on best practices, process, troubleshootingFocus on quality of deliveryEffective Team building and behavioral SkillEffective Interpersonal and communication skillsEffective presentation skills
