About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Approvals & Coordination activities with various Delhi Government departments. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of obtaining necessary approvals and clearances while effectively liaising with multiple authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate approvals with departments such as PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD, and other relevant government bodies .
  • Ensure timely submission, follow-up, and closure of approval processes in line with project requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to all applicable rules and guidelines.
  • Provide strategic inputs to senior management on approval timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate internally with project, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and approvals.

Key Requirements

  • 13+ years of relevant experience in handling approvals/liaising with Delhi Government departments.
  • Proven expertise in dealing with PWD, DJB, BSES, MCD , and other statutory bodies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously with strict deadlines.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in infrastructure, utilities, or construction-related approvals.
  • Note: Please do not consider candidates whose core experience is in land acquisition .
