Hi Hope you are doing good todayKindly go through the JD and let me know your interest you can reach me at OR Title: Service Now Administrator Location - Anywhere from India (100 % Remote) Top Skills Responsibilities: - Service Now IT Service Management- minimum 8 years - 3rd Party Integration- minimum 8 years - Strong expertise in Service Now scripting, workflows, and integrations. - Strong knowledge of Java Script, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. -Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS and Service Portal - Service Portal- minimum 5 years’ experience - Certified Implementation Specialist - Service Now Certified System Admin Skills/Responsibilities: ~8+ years' experience with software development, design, and architecture ~ Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred). ~6+ years' experience in solution architecture with emphasis on implementation of SN technical solutions ~6+ years' experience in Agile practices, building software in an enterprise environment. ~ Strong expertise in Service Now scripting, workflows, and integrations. ~ Strong knowledge of Java Script, Flow Designer and Integration Hub. ~ Familiarity with UI design, SQL, HTML, CSS and Service Portal ~ Understanding of XML and structural programming concepts. ~ Knowledge of ITIL processes. ~ Experience in developing Service Now reports. ~ Experience in Service Now Playbook development. ~ Experience with API development for inbound and outbound data exchange (REST and SOAP). ~ Familiarity with Service Now case management system and Now Assist.
