We are now looking for a skilled and performance-driven SEO Expert to join our dynamic team and help us take our clients' visibility to the next level.Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.- Perform on-page optimization, including meta tags, headers, image optimization, and internal linking.- Execute off-page SEO campaigns including link building, outreach, and guest posting.- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to fix issues.- Optimize websites for Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, and page speed.- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients.Required Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.- Strong understanding of Google search algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.- Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics & Search Console.- Experience with content management systems (especially WordPress, Shopify).- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.Desirable Additional Skills (Bonus)- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript for technical SEO improvements.- Familiarity with schema markup and structured data.- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and user behavior tracking.- Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.- Basic knowledge of paid search (Google Ads) for integrated search strategies.- Local SEO expertise for location-based clients.- E-commerce SEO knowledge for product-based websites.What We Offer- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.- Opportunity to be part of the pilot batch and grow with the agency from the ground up.- Leadership and growth opportunities in a fast-scaling company.- Exposure to diverse client projects and industries.- Collaborative and creative work environment.
