Role OverviewAs a Labinformatics Consultant, you will:- Contribute to all phases of the consulting lifecycle – from problem definition to solution deployment.- Define requirements, propose and refine solutions, and ensure successful Lab Ware LIMS implementation.- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and support client training and internal capability building.- Play a key role in configuration, development, and integration of LIMS with enterprise systems.Required Skills- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Lab Ware LIMS implementation, enhancements, and support.- Knowledge of other LIMS platforms: Lab Vantage, Sample Manager, STARLIMS.- Strong expertise in Oracle, SQL, and programming languages (Core Java, Java Script).Preferred Skills- Experience in Pharma, R&D, Healthcare domains with Lab Ware LIMS implementations.- Strong background in requirements gathering, solution design, validation, and deployment.- Expertise in data migration, master data setup, reports, and labels.- Integration experience with ERP, PLM, and other enterprise systems.- Familiarity with SDLC, database concepts, and interface design.
