The primary role for this position shall be to assist the Manger (Projects) in ---
1. Ensuring that every Project of the Organization is delivered to the Customer in Completeness to the pre-determined Scope-&-Quality-&-Delivery Date AND that each Project is Designed and Supplied at an optimum cost to the Organization,
2. Raising well-before-emergency-alerts for shortfalls,
3. Never shying away from objective feedbacks on slippages and/or errors in the expected deliverables / performances.
4. Being an effective bridge between the Internal-&-External Customers and the Manager (Projects), and
5. Maintaining a Healthy and Competitive atmosphere within the Team.
It is essential for the Incumbent to posses an aptitude to excel and surpass benchmarks set.
Accountable and Responsible for :
Study the Purchase Order (PO) - Cost & Delivery Timeline/s & Technical Documents
Assist to Prepare a Project Schedule in MS-Projects
Participate in Internal & External (customer) Kick Off Meeting (Ko M) finalize the Scope & Schedule & Submit the Escalation Matrix
Prepare and Aggregate the URS Deviations, if any, by coordinating with all Internal Stakeholders
Ensure the Indents are Generated for the required material as per BOM, Assist to Finalise the individual PO-wise Project Budget
Revisit periodically the MS-Project Schedule & Assist in communicating changes, if any. Escalate Delays of Project / Activity & Prepare Mitigation Plans. Assist in Identifying the Critical Path Items & Prepare Plan for Monitoring Critical Items
Involve in Detailed Planning for Vessels, Bought-outs, Engr Design, Automation system Architecture
Prepare Order Amendments (OA), Make Changes for Additional Requirement
Incorporate and Ensure Revisions / Change Management as per changes suggested by Customer
Involve in Planning & Co-ordinating Customer special visits and FAT Dates etc
Follow-up for Proforma Invoice (PI) & Payment from Customer (as per PO terms)
Prepare & Handover all relevant & necessary Documents / List / Data to Commissioning & Qualification
Prepare the final Project Report to include Variances & Diagnostics for Things Gone Right (TGR) & Things Gone Wrong (TGW)

Achieve Zero complaints from Customers w.r.t. Quality of Design-&-Wormanship and Delivery Timelines
