Based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, we serve clients across India, focusing on transparency and ROI-driven marketing strategies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role, based in Indore, for a Performance Marketer. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta and Google. This role includes analyzing performance data, developing funnel strategies, and creating growth-driven marketing strategies. Daily tasks involve creating and testing ad creatives, collaborating with the wider marketing team, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). The candidate will also work on landing page optimization, competitive analysis, CRM flow management, and delivering actionable growth insights.QualificationsProficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google AdsStrong knowledge of funnel strategies, landing page creation, and conversion rate optimizationSkills in creative strategy, ad copywriting, and performance analysisExperience with CRM platforms, Shopify optimization, and automation tools such as WhatsApp APIsAnalytical mindset with expertise in competitive analysis and growth insightsStrong teamwork, collaboration, and communication abilitiesProven understanding of ROI-focused marketing principlesPrevious experience in digital marketing or advertising is preferredDegree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field is advantageous
