Solace Messaging (1–2 years of experience)
Cloud (AWS preferred)
RedHat Linux
TIBCO, IBM MQ, IBM ACE
EKS / Kubernetes / OpenShift
AWS Certifications (DevOps / SysOps / Architect tracks)

Deploy Solace PubSub+ / Advanced Event Mesh across cloud platforms.
Provide Level 3 support and conduct root cause analysis.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
~5+ years of overall IT experience.
~1–2 years of dedicated experience in Solace Messaging.

Gain hands-on experience with advanced event-driven architectures.
