Our Cloud Pioneers help our clients in their digital transformation. As a Cloud Pioneer at Rapid Circle, you will work with our customers on different projects. For example, making impact in the healthcare sector, by making research data safely available. But also, awesome projects in the manufacturing or energy market make this job very challenging. Freedom, entrepreneurship, and development are key at Rapid Circle, so also in the role of a Power Platform Copilot Studio Technical Support. We are building a dedicated support team for our innovative Copilot Studio platform, and we’re looking for technically proficient, self-driven Support Engineers to join us. This is not an entry-level role—we’re seeking professionals with solid experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, who are excited to explore and master the emerging capabilities of Copilot Studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment, is eager to learn new technologies, and is comfortable working in a shift-based support model. Provide technical support for Copilot Studio, including platform infrastructure and AI agent functionality. Execute standard support activities and operational controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance support processes. Participate in rotational shifts (morning and afternoon) to ensure business hours coverage. Join an on-call rotation to address high-priority incidents outside standard hours. Administer Power Platform environments, focusing on Copilot Studio agent operations. Troubleshoot and resolve agent issues (e.g., Monitor platform health and report on SLA performance, incident trends, and capacity metrics. Partner with product, compliance, and support teams for escalations and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Experience ~5+ years in technical support, developer support, or application support roles. ~ Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). ~ Familiarity with Copilot Studio or Power Virtual Agents. ~ Understanding of Power Platform architecture, environment governance, DLP policies, and access controls. ~ Experience with Azure AD, Dataverse, and M365 Admin Center. ~ ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) and SLA-driven operations. ~ Comfortable with shift-based work and on-call responsibilities. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Administrator Associate (PL-600 / PL-500) ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience.
