Role: Founding AI Engineer
We're seeking experienced Python developers to join our core team as Founding Engineers. In our flat hierarchy, titles take a back seat to impact—everyone has the opportunity to become a co-founder based on their contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement agentic workflows and automations using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Collaborate closely with the founding team to design, build, and scale our AI products.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to incorporate into our products.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (B.Tech in CS preferred).
2-3 years of professional experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing is a significant plus.
Prior exposure to LLMs, Langchain and RAGs is highly advantageous.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
