Manager experience and strong leadership skills. Strategic planning and being able to align support function with business direction. Experience of having managed AS400 support teams. For Other: Windows, .Net , API, Java applications support management. Strong management experience including managing and developing direct reports. Experience of having led support teams, L1, L2 and L3. Strong communication skills. Insurance domain experience. Primary / Should Have: Stakeholder management experience. Data driven and ability to communicate priorities and improvements through metrics. Focus on continuous improvement. Conflict resolution skills. Keen interest in keeping abreast with industry trends.
