Core / Must Have:

  • Ability to speak the language of the business and be equally conversant with technical teams.
  • Manager experience and strong leadership skills.
  • Strategic planning and being able to align support function with business direction.
  • Experience of having managed AS400 support teams.
  • For Other: Windows, .Net , API, Java applications support management.
  • Strong management experience including managing and developing direct reports.
  • Experience of having led support teams, L1, L2 and L3.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Insurance domain experience.

Primary / Should Have:

  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Data driven and ability to communicate priorities and improvements through metrics.
  • Focus on continuous improvement.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Keen interest in keeping abreast with industry trends.
