Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Associate Vendor Manager at Medstown® in Hyderabad. The Associate Vendor Manager will be responsible for onboarding vendors, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, overseeing procurement processes, vendor partnerships, developing sales strategies, and implementing process improvements and ensuring effective contract management on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Acquisition & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with food vendors (merchants) to expand our portfolio.
2. Vendor Performance Management: Monitor vendor performance, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with our standards.
3. Sales Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase customer engagement, and enhance vendor partnerships.
4. Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and measure performance.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team to ensure seamless operations, resolve issues, and drive business objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience in Quick commerce/vendor management
Analytical Skills, Communication, and Procurement skills
Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
