Hyderabad (On-site) Tenure: Full-Time TiE Hyderabad is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Manager who can translate ideas into memorable experiences. The Events Manager will lead the end-to-end planning and execution of the production and logistics part of TiE Hyderabad’s flagship programs, monthly engagements, member mixers, leadership series, investor connects, masterclasses, and major annual conferences. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys orchestrating high-quality events, managing multiple vendors, and creating environments that enable founders, investors, and business leaders to connect, learn, and grow. Event Planning & Execution Design, plan, and execute events such as TiE Open Mic, workshops, masterclasses, investor connects, leadership series, golf tournaments, roadshows, and large-format summits. Create detailed event flows, run-of-show documents, scripts, checklists, and coordination trackers. Manage venue selection, décor, stage design, A/V arrangements, branding, and guest experience. Coordinate closely with TiE Hyderabad Team, Charter Members, and Committee Chairs for each event. Program & Operations Management Oversee registrations, RSVPs, attendee communication, and on-ground event operations. Ensure that every event supports TiE Hyderabad’s mission of fostering entrepreneurship. Maintain operational SOPs, timelines, and processes for consistent execution quality. Budgeting & Financial Oversight Prepare event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost efficiency. Track expenses, vendor invoices, and
