Job Title: AM/Manager - Managed Services for Directory (AD, OUD, SiteMinder & Azure SSO)Location: Noida, IndiaFunction: Directory Services ManagementReports to: Senior ManagerSupervises: Specialists/Team LeadsRole Overview:The AM/Manager – Managed Services for Directory is responsible for managing and maintaining global directory services, including Active Directory, Oracle Unified Directory (OUD), and SiteMinder, as well as cloud-based Azure SSO solutions. This role involves hands-on engineering, managing the directory services team, and collaborating with global partners to ensure the security, availability, and scalability of the Identity Access Management (IAM) infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Identity Access Management (IAM):Manage and support enterprise-wide directory services, including Active Directory (AD), OUD, and Azure SSO.Lead directory migrations, consolidations, and deployments, ensuring high availability and resilience.Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Azure SSO, Ping Federate, and SiteMinder.Configure authentication protocols like Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.Ensure compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities.Engineering & Operations:Install, configure, and manage Active Directory Domain Controllers, handle AD replication, and implement disaster recovery procedures.Monitor directory services’ health using tools like Splunk and resolve any issues.Automate regular tasks like user provisioning and backups using PowerShell.Oversee quarterly patching of the directory infrastructure, including Java WebLogic, OEM, and OS-related issues.Team Leadership:Manage L1 and L2 support teams, ensuring effective escalation to L3.Lead the team in troubleshooting, incident resolution, and managing complex directory environments.Provide technical guidance to business stakeholders and ensure effective communication.Project Management:Lead directory services projects, including mergers and acquisitions.Collaborate with global teams to implement best practices for directory services.Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of experience in Active Directory (AD) and LDAP design, migration, and consolidation.Expertise in Identity Access Management tools like SiteMinder, Ping Federate, and Azure SSO.8+ years of experience in Azure Cloud Services.Strong skills in PowerShell and Python scripting for automation.Experience with Linux operating systems and Windows Server (2012/2016/2019).Advanced Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCP, MCSE, MCSA, Azure Certification).Deep knowledge of SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, and OIDC.Ability to troubleshoot using tools like Splunk and create proactive alerts.Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.ITIL certification.Personal Attributes:Pragmatic and adaptable, able to handle high-pressure environments.Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Comfortable with cutting-edge technologies and digital transformation.This role is ideal for someone looking to lead critical IAM initiatives and ensure the security and scalability of a global directory services infrastructure.
