Pricing Analyst

What this Job Entails:The Pricing Analyst III contributes to the profitability of the company by providing thorough and competitive cost/pricing analysis in the bid and proposal process. The successful candidate must be able to manage the overall cost/pricing process, while ensuring the effective analysis of customer requirements, development of competitive bid pricing and contribution to winning proposals. When not working on bid/proposals, the Pricing Analyst will provide financial reporting support to stakeholders as required.Scope:- Resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways- Seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of their specialty- Works on problems of a diverse scope- Receives little instruction on day to day work, general instruction on new assignmentsYour Roles and Responsibilities:- Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects- Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, client level P&L, objectives and KPIs- Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments of the company- Work with the sales and delivery teams to define pricing structure for company services offered- Able to effectively read and understand technical/requirement documents as well as legal documents such as customer contracts- Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry condition- Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels- Other duties as required.
