Job Description: D2C E-Commerce Growth Manager Company: Pure Nutrition Location: Mumbai, India Compensation: (based on experience and current compensation) About Pure Nutrition: Pure Nutrition, based in Mumbai, is a leader in the nutritional supplements industry, dedicated to promoting health and wellness through high-quality products. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced D2C eCommerce Executive with 3-4 years in the consumer goods or nutrition category. The candidate will manage our online sales channels and drive growth through effective use of digital marketing tools. Responsibilities: Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Meta Ads: Develop and manage ads on Facebook and Instagram, ensuring optimal performance. CRM Management: Oversee the CRM system to enhance customer relationships and retention. Customer Lifecycle Management: Develop strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. Growth Marketing: Implement strategies to expand the customer base and drive sales growth. Key Skills Required: Expertise in Meta Ads . Proficiency in CRM systems and customer lifecycle management. Strong background in Growth & Retention Marketing . Analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data. Excellent communication and project management abilities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4-6 years of relevant experience in the consumer goods or nutrition category.
