Positions: Lecturer/ Assistant Professor / Associate Professor.Qualification: M.Sc. in Nursing (in any specialty)Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.Location: Charkos College of Nursing, MysuruJob Type: Full-TimeReporting To: PrincipalKey Responsibilities:- Plan, prepare, and deliver theory and practical classes as per INC and university guidelines- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and student evaluations- Supervise and guide students during clinical postings- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and maintain academic records- Participate in curriculum development and continuous academic improvement- Mentor students for academic and professional growth- Engage in research, projects, and publication activities- Coordinate with HOD and other faculty members for academic planning- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, discipline, and student welfareQualifications & Skills:- Master's in nursing- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.Working Hours:- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM- Saturday - 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
