They are looking for Qualified CA as Consultant, Senior Consultant or Manager level for the Finance Advisory role.Locations - Mumbai Bangalore Hyderabad and GurgaonSkills required:Working knowledge of Fund Accounting including calculation and review of management fees and carried interest, finalization of NAV, equity pick-up and investor allocationsUnderstanding of US GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements and practical experience of preparation and review of fund financial statementsPractical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting processPractical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspectiveFamiliarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirementsPossess strong domain knowledge, has strong accounting foundation skillsExperience of financial reporting / accounting implications for M&A / group restructuringExperience of financial reporting and finance transformation projects would be an added advantageResponsibility:Carry out fund accounting for alternative investment funds (Private Equity, Private Credit, Hedge Funds, Real Estate Funds) as well as investor and GAAP compliant financial reporting.End to end project management. Key activities include guiding the team on technical accounting / financial reporting matters, manage client relationships, monitor project progress and relevant operational / financial matters.Application of IGAAP, Ind AS, IFRS and / or US GAAP or an equivalent GAAP on engagements – GAAP conversion and / or topical queries on technical accounting mattersFinancial reporting support (technical as well process related) services to clientsDemonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to assimilate new knowledgePossess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeWork with stringent deadlines and deliver effectively and efficientlyThe Candidate:Possess strong domain knowledge, accounting knowledge and experienceStrong analytical and problem solving skills. Possess strong data analytics skills and knowledge of advanced data analytical tools will be an advantageConsistent display of leadership skillsExcellent client management and communication skillsSound organizational, planning and prioritization skillsStrong stakeholder management experienceHands on accounting tools including Investran/ Geneva/ Lemon Edge/ Fund Suite/ SAP / OracleQualification : CA2-6 years of post-qualification experienceRelevant certifications would be an added advantage
