This is a full-time role for an Accounts & Admin Executive at HCP Technologies Private Limited. The Accounts & Admin Executive will manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain petty cash, handle accounting software, oversee Goods and Services Tax (GST) processes, and prepare financial statements. This on-site role is located in Bengaluru, where the candidate will be responsible for both administrative and financial operations of the company.

Maintain accurate employee records including travel expenses, reimbursements, and leave management.

Ensure compliance with company travel policy and employee policy, and communicate updates to employees.

Manage company accounts including GST filing, PF filing, ITR preparation, TDS, and annual compliance requirements.

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, and record keeping.

Support administrative coordination for smooth office operations.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field

~2–4 years of experience in accounts and administration roles, preferably in the capital equipment or manufacturing industry

~ Strong knowledge of GST, PF, ITR, TDS, statutory compliances, and financial statement preparation

~ Experience in petty cash management

~ Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or equivalent)

~ Solid understanding of general finance principles

~ Excellent attention to detail, organizational, time management, and communication skills
