About The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Multi-Platform Application Software Engineer who will be primarily responsible for Salesforce CRM development while also contributing to NetSuite and DealHub programming and administration needs. This role is ideal for a strong Salesforce developer who recognizes the similarities between Salesforce and NetSuite development frameworks and is eager to expand their expertise across platforms.

Required Skills and Experience

1.Salesforce Development Expertise :

  • Strong experience in Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , Visualforce , and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Hands-on experience in Flows, Workflows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with deployment tools such as SFDX , Change Sets, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I ) are preferred.

2.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :

  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve system issues efficiently.

3.General Programming Skills :

  • Solid understanding of JavaScript or similar scripting languages.
  • Knowledge of event-driven programming and asynchronous processing.

4.Mindset for Learning and Growth :

  • Willingness to explore related platforms like NetSuite (SuiteScript) or DealHub CPQ, recognizing shared concepts like data models, scripting, and automation workflows.
  • Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on delivering value.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience working in multi-platform environments (Salesforce CRM, ERP, and CPQ).
  2. Exposure to NetSuite (SuiteScript) or DealHub CPQ is a plus.
  3. Familiarity with deployment tools like Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
  4. Experience with Portcast.

Certifications :

  1. Certifications, such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder , or Salesforce Developer , are a strong plus.
  2. Certification or training in tools like NetSuite, DealHub, SharePoint, or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) will be an added advantage.

Technical Experience :

  1. Minimum 4 years of Bachelor’s in computer related degree.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce with a strong focus on configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management.
  3. Basic proficiency in coding languages for API integrations (e.g., REST API, JavaScript, or Python).
  4. Familiarity with collaboration platforms like SharePoint for document management and workflows.
  5. Proficiency in CRM data analysis and building robust reporting structures.

Process & Problem-Solving Skills :

  1. Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end processes that improve sales operations efficiency.
  2. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to identify system issues, assess business challenges, and provide innovative solutions.
  3. Ability to understand and document technical requirements and translate them into business-friendly solutions.
