✧ Jazba Curators LLP , through its brand Window Seat , creates high-quality vacation wardrobes for men using traditional Hand Block Printing techniques.
We operate like a workshop — not a studio. We believe in understanding every part of the garment-making process by doing it ourselves. From cutting fabric to printing and stitching, we’re building a team that values skill, effort, and learning by doing.

✧ As a Creative Designer/Analyst , you’ll be immersed in every detail of artisanal garment creation. You’ll document processes, drive quality, and grow with a brand that believes in earning beauty through effort .

✧ Garment Cutting & Pattern Implementation
· Ensure precision in cutting based on established garment patterns.
· Work alongside the production team to maintain fit accuracy and design adherence.

Oversee the printing process and ensure design precision and color consistency.
· Document and standardize the printing process for repeatability and quality control.

Create step-by-step documentation for all stages of garment production.
· Stitching & Garment Construction
· Participate in the stitching process to understand garment construction.
· Collaborate with master tailors to enhance garment finishing and detailing.
· Work closely with the team to streamline operations and improve production quality.
· Contribute to team-building efforts and mentor future recruits as the company scales.

✧ Deeply passionate about textiles, process, and learning-by-doing
Fluent in Adobe Suite (Advanced), MS Excel (Intermediate)
Articulate communicator, especially in English
Bonus Skills: Video editing, Clo 3D, AI in design
