Job Description: Sr. PPC Engineer – PEBLocation: HyderabadKey Responsibilities:- Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities for PEB projects.- Coordinate with design, detailing, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely project execution.- Prepare and maintain project schedules, material requirement plans (MRP), and production timelines.- Track daily production progress and update MIS reports.- Follow up with procurement for timely availability of raw materials and consumables.- Review fabrication drawings, BOQs, and ensure production plans are aligned with project requirements.- Coordinate with quality, dispatch, and site teams for smooth workflow.- Analyze delays, bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to avoid production disruptions.- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.- Support project managers and communicate project status regularly.- Prepare weekly/monthly production performance reports.Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of PEB components, fabrication sequence, and erection process.- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project, ERP systems (if any).- Good coordination and communication skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Qualifications & Experience:- Diploma / B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.- 5-8 years of experience in PPC, preferably in PEB / structural steel industry.- Understanding of production planning, material flow, and fabrication processes.
