We are seeking Strategist for the Latin America market. This role will drive localized storytelling, manage CRM and retention programs, and collaborate across global marketing, content, and design teams to deliver engaging, relevant, and high-performing communication for the region.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer engagement, and creative strategy , with a passion for wellness and Ayurveda. You will be responsible for ensuring the brand connects meaningfully with Latin American audiences through data-driven content and retention initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Localization Strategy: Develop and execute content plans tailored to Latin American consumer behavior, cultural nuances, and wellness trends. Localize brand communication across email, social, and website channels in Spanish and/or Portuguese.Creative Coordination & Influencer Tie-ups: Act as the creative liaison for the region — working closely with global brand, design, and production teams to develop assets, copy, and campaigns aligned with TAE’s brand voice and aesthetics. also plan influencer tie-upsCRM & Retention Marketing: O wn CRM programs (email, SMS, Whats App, push notifications) for Latin America.
