Job Title: ServiceNow Developer (ITOM / HRSD) Location: Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Experience Required: 5+ Years in ServiceNow Development

Immediate to 15 Days

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITOM and HRSD modules . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring seamless integrations and enhancing business processes.

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITOM/HRSD modules.

Customize and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using APIs and web services.

Ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience .

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) and/or HRSD modules .

Experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub .

Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and upgrade processes.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in hybrid environments.

Experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM or SecOps modules .

Knowledge of Agile methodology and working in global delivery models.
