Basic Qualifications
Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, national brand-building ideas and executions
Responsibilities
Define the strategy for design and all creative collateral by building a uniform tone of the design
Supervise a cross-functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverablesBuild & implement brand identity aspects (aesthetic, colour, tone, voice) to create a lasting impression on consumers and other stakeholders.
Build, lead, and review the work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral
Conduct regular brainstorming sessions with the team to develop innovative and actionable creative solutions to business challenges
Ensure visuals, messaging, and interactive elements for a project are properly aligned with the creative vision and brand guidelines
Plan and allocate resources for priority projects
Team Leadership – manage and motivate the team towards fulfilment of self and company objectives along with day-to-day tracking of ongoing projects.
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of agency experience
Understanding and past experience creating integrated content across all marketing channels from digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print
Experience managing individuals and teams of people. Collaborative and team oriented
Ability to multi-task across multiple pieces of business and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills to work internally and with clients
Can work without a partner, if required
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills for effective communication with clients, internal staff and management
