Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Backend Developer to join our growing team at our customer who is in insurance domain. The role involves designing and developing scalable backend solutions, with a focus on Java, JBoss Fuse, No SQL databases, and messaging systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in building integration solutions, handling communication between services, and managing backend infrastructure for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
· Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code for backend systems.
· Integration: Leverage JBoss Fuse and Apache Camel to implement enterprise integration patterns and solutions.
· Messaging & Queuing: Work with Apache Active MQ (AMQ) to manage inter-service communication using a message-driven architecture.
· Database Management: Handle No SQL databases such as Couchbase or Mongo DB for effective data storage and management solutions.
· Version Control: Use Git for source code management and maintain high-quality version control practices.
· Microservices Architecture: Build and maintain microservices that ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
· Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of backend services.
· Debugging & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend services to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
· Experience:
o 5-6 years of experience in Java development.
o Proven expertise in JBoss Fuse and Apache Camel.
o Experience with No SQL databases such as Couchbase, Mongo DB, or other similar No SQL technologies.
o Familiarity with Apache Active MQ (AMQ) for message-driven systems.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Java and backend development frameworks.
o Hands-on experience with Git for source control.
o Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
· Soft Skills:
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
o Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Nice to Have:
o Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
o Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure for hosting and scaling microservices.
