What You’ll DoAs a full-time Devrel, you will:- Leverage your deep technical knowledge across AI, Cloud, and Software Development to evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions.- Assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of submitted ideas or working solutions.- Provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants to refine their solutions.- Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks.- Stay on top of emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud-native apps, Dev Ops, and software engineering.- Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders.- Support in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges.You Should Have- Strong technical background (B. Tech/M. Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields).- Ability to assess a wide variety of prototypes ranging from ML models to web/mobile applications and cloud-native platforms.- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and basic data visualization/reporting tools.- Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate technical insights and feedback.Bonus Points For- Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, Lang Chain, or other agentic/LLM-driven frameworks.- Previous involvement in hackathons, innovation challenges, startup mentoring, or accelerators.- Familiarity with agile methodologies, design thinking, or lean startup principles.
