Source Fuse is hiring for L2 Support Engineer. Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L2 RCS operation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge and proficiency in RCS, IMS, and messaging. Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with our partners and internal teams. Japanese language is a plus. Principal Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the day-to-day operation and support all RCS nodes in the network. ● Manage operational tasks with Incident, Ticket and Change Management process ● Provide Level 2 support for Mavenir RCS/Messaging products, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Diameter, VOLTE, SIP, and other associated protocols. ● Manage and resolve complex customer issues escalated from the Monitoring support team or L1. ● Monitor and troubleshoot voice and messaging related incidents to identify the root cause and ensure swift and effective resolution. ● Perform regular technical analysis/audit to ensure the optimization and quality of the services. ● Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to resolve escalated technical issues and implement corrective actions. ● Conduct testing (QA/Productions) and verification of any implemented changes in configurations to ensure they meet regulatory and service requirements. ● Generate reports, analyze service/operational KPIs, and contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures. ● Document and maintain detailed records of all support activities, including resolutions, troubleshooting steps, internal/external interaction, incident report and lesson learned. ● Handle communications with other domains. ● Build knowledge and manage daily operation activities to high efficiency. ● Collaborate with our Partners and internal stakeholders to identify issue and fixes incidents within the agreed service SLA. ● Be part of an on-call shift rotation pool. ● Availability to work occasionally during out of business hours, nights and weekends to provide support for urgent issues or scheduled maintenance. Required Knowledge skills and experience: ● Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. ● 7+ years of experience in mobile core network operations / Planning ● Deep understanding of mobile network related protocols and technologies such as SS7, Diameter, GTP, MAP, SIP, RTCP, RTP and IP-based protocols and h.248. ● Strong technical knowledge on Vo IP, LTE, Vo LTE/IMS, including core network elements, architecture, and call flows. ● Mavenir Cloud products experience and knowledge. ● RCS on Mavenir products experience is highly appreciated. ● Experience in at least 3 Mavenir products from the below list: WRG, UCC, RMS/ RCS Messaging, TAS/ RCS_VOICE, IMC/RCS_CORE, WSG, SDC, PRX, MSTORE, DSN, MTCIL(Mavenir Telecom Cloud Integration Layer), PCS, Analytic, XMS, MCU, MSRB, Cassandra DB, CRDL DB, Scylla DB. ● Experience with monitoring tools, troubleshooting techniques, and performance analysis. ● Proficient in using industry-standard tools for analyzing KPIs and metrics, trace reading and troubleshooting. ● Method of Procedure(MOP) preparation, validation, and execution experience. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering highquality results ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. ● Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. ● Automation, scripting or programming experience. ● Working experience on Open Stack or Kubernetes. ● Certifications or Trainings CCNA, CKA, Open Stack COA is advantageous.
