As a Python Developer , you will take on responsibilities related to Python web app development and deployment, with a strong focus on APIs, MongoDB, Generative AI, automation, and data scraping. Your role will involve designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications, data workflows, and AI-driven solutions. Collaborating with our digital marketing and development teams, you will drive innovative solutions that align with business objectives and deliver clean, structured data for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Scraping:

Design, develop, and maintain advanced web scrapers using tools like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Puppeteer to extract data from diverse web sources.

  • Automation:

Create and optimize automated workflows for data collection, processing, and reporting using Python scripts or automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat (Make), or custom-built solutions.

  • Python Web App Development:

Build and maintain scalable and interactive Python web applications using frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.

  • Generative AI Integration:

Develop and integrate Generative AI models and machine learning solutions into applications to enhance business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.

  • API Development and Integration:

Design, implement, and integrate APIs for seamless communication between systems, enabling efficient data flow and process automation.

  • Database Management with MongoDB:

Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, optimization, and data storage solutions. Ensure data security and integrity.

  • Data Cleaning and Structuring:

Process and clean raw data, transforming it into structured formats such as JSON, CSV, or XML for analysis, reporting, and visualization.

  • Deployment:

Deploy web applications, scripts, and AI models to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or servers, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Monitoring and Maintenance:

Monitor data workflows and scraping processes to handle challenges such as CAPTCHAs, IP bans, and dynamic website changes, ensuring consistent functionality and performance.

  • Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.

  • Reporting:

Automate data reporting and visualization through tools and scripts, providing actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proficiency in Python, with experience in frameworks like Flask, Django, or FastAPI.
  • Proven expertise in web scraping using tools like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, or Puppeteer.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other database systems for data storage and management.
  • Experience with Generative AI and machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of API development and integration, including RESTful APIs.
  • Advanced skills in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Integromat) and custom script-based automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with data cleaning and transformation using Pandas, SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience deploying applications and solutions to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web data structures (JSON, XML, CSV).
  • Experience handling anti-scraping measures (e.g., CAPTCHA solving, IP rotation).
  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.
  • Adherence to data protection laws, ethical scraping practices, and website terms of service.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis and AI integration.
  • Experience with data visualization tools for insights and reporting.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of web server configurations (NGINX, Apache).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
